The Institute for Consciousness and Paranormal Research (ICPR) was founded to bring structure, responsibility, and interdisciplinary rigor to the study of consciousness and paranormal phenomena.
ICPR exists at the intersection of historical research, field investigation, and human experience. Rather than approaching the paranormal as entertainment or belief-based speculation, the Institute emphasizes documentation, pattern recognition, ethical investigation, and respect for both the living and the deceased.
